For over 25 years, the Overseas Probate Service, formed by Robert Perkins in 1980, has provided assistance to solicitors, banks, stockbrokers and professional trustees, mainly within the UK, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland, in the administration and collection of foreign domiciled assets belonging to deceased estates.
LA acquired the Overseas Probate Service in 2005 and Robert has joined LA as a consultant. The work for his many contacts is carried out by the International Private Client team at LA's Bournemouth office. John Maddocks heads the team, while Mahendree Naidoo, Assistant Head of the team, works closely with Robert's clients on a daily basis.
