Contentious

We advise clients about the various ways of resolving disputes. We consider the options with the client and take a commercial as well as legal view.

The client may then instruct us to negotiate a settlement, to embark on full-scale litigation or arbitration, or engage in some other method of resolving the problem.

Consequently, we act for clients in, for example, adjudication proceedings and, if necessary, in the enforcement of Awards. We also represent clients in mediations and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution
